DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING OF THE ORENBURG SOVNARKHOZ IN 1959

Abstract

The article considers the development process of mechanical engineering of the Orenburg region in 1959 when industry was under the authority of Orenburg Sovnarkhoz. Special attention is given to the main directions of mechanical engineering and their stage-by-stage development. The author gives an example of several engineering enterprises and their work, thus considering ups and downs of this industry in the Orenburg region.
