P. B. STRUVE ON THE NATURE AND OUTCOME OF THE INDUSTRIAL BOLSHEVIST POLICY IN EARLY SOVIET YEARS

Abstract

The paper shows the analysis of the state management of the Soviet industry within the military-communist experiment made by the prominent Russian politician P. B. Struve. In particular, the article dwells on the reasons of transition from the first stage to the second in the industrial Bolshevist policy - from the factory sovereignty to the introduction of industry state control. Special attention is given to Sruve’s criticism of the Bolshevist industrial policy during the given period.
