ON LABOUR MOTIVATION OF THE VIRGIN LAND MEN IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The article reveals the motives that guided the migrants of the virgin land. The governmental program aimed at helping migrants in the organization of everyday life is thoroughly studied. The implementation of the program is considered. It has been concluded that the program was a new dawn in the process of organizing mass labor in the Soviet Union to implement such an ambitious project as virgin land development in Kazakhstan. It really protected the interests of the working man and had a social, anthropocentric, but not forced and violent character.
