MEDICAL SERVICES OF SOUTH-URAL RAILWAY DURING GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR
Abstract
On the basis of archival and published material the paper attempts to give a brief description of the medical staff during World War II. It considers the problems of South-Ural Railway qualified medical personnel, their labor activity. It outlines the main problems of medical services and ways to overcome them: to develop South-Ural Railway medical infrastructure, to train junior and middle specialists, to ensure sanitary and anti-epidemic order, to fight against the epidemic threat, to monitor food objects and goods on the road, to take care of the child population, to reduce the risk of diseases and injuries among workers.
