EDUCATION AND SELF-EDUCATION: MOMENTS OF BLENDING IN TERMS OF SOCIO-ANDRAGOGICAL PARADIGM

Abstract

The article presents the author’s interpretation of the socio-andragogical paradigm as a kind of axiomatic basis for the analysis of higher education and its orientation on good results, new knowledge, completely different pedagogical practices. It proves the need to implement scientific and practical strategies of training a new generation of human resources that are not only qualified to perform their functions, but also engaged in lifelong learning. It reveals the essence and the content of kinds of independent activity of a student, the structure and components of self-educational activity.
