SERVICE OF V. F. TIMKOVSKY IN THE ORENBURG REGION
Abstract
The article analyzes the activities of the Chairman of the Orenburg Boundary Commission V. F. Timkovsky. His views on issues of further improvement of government policy in relation to the Kazakhs are shown. The relationship between the military governor of Orenburg P. K. Essen and V. F. Timkovsky is considered.
