DIALOGUE METHODS TO PREPARE IT-SPECIALISTS FOR INTERPROFESSIONAL INTERACTION
Abstract
The article describes the main peculiarities of training specialists in the field of information technologies (IT-specialists) to prepare them for interprofessional interaction on the basis of dialogue methods; it discloses the concept “readiness for interprofessional interaction” as a personal quality defining the orientation and nature of its interaction with representatives of other professions — future users of the developed IT-projects — in order to increase the efficiency of the jointly performed work at all stages; the paper defines the structure of readiness for interprofessional interaction (motivational, cognitive and conative components), describes the peculiarities of implementing the dialogue methods of training as bases of developing readiness in IT-specialists for interprofessional interaction.
