L. N. BOLSHAKOV’S DIARIES AS HISTORICAL SOURCE
Abstract
This paper analyzes the construction and contents of diary entries of the honorable citizen of Orenburg, the scientist and public figure L. N. Bolshakov. The historical value of his diary is explained, it serving as a basis for studying not only biographical aspects, but also his everyday life and his attitude towards people of his social circle, the intellectuals of late Soviet era. The accent is made on the theoretical reflections of L. N. Bolshakov on the historical specifics of the diary.
