PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORMATION OF PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF A STUDENT OF A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
Abstract
The article presents the results of the research devoted to the identification of theoretical bases of pedagogical assistance in the formation of personal professional experience of a student of a higher education institution. The authors give their own definition to the “personal professional experience of a student of a higher education institution”, describe the formation process of the studied phenomenon. The paper examines the main characteristics of the pedagogical assistance in the formation of personal professional experience of a student (non-directive, latent-accompanying activity of a teacher; complementary compatibility and the resultant activity on the part of the subjects of education; strengthening of the advisory coordinating and the facilitary function of professional and pedagogical interaction; creation of the humanistic, safe and comfortable atmosphere of educational process; subjectivity transcendence of subjects of education within common life; orientation to the student’s personal professional experience; activation of the student’s subject position), defining the guidelines for the updating of educational process of a higher education institution in the context of optimal formation of personal professional experience of a student.
