CONTROL OVER RECOGNIZING AND DEVELOPING GIFTED CHILDREN IN THE GYMNASIUM
Abstract
The article describes the experience of designing a control system of identification and development of gifted children in school. The authors verified the essence of children’s gifts; identified technologies to ensure effective management of the innovation process and the identification of gifted children in the educational organization; designed to identify the conditions and development of gifted children in Municipal budget educational institution “Gymnasium of Mednogorsk” and the productivity and effectiveness of implementing the identification model of governance and development of gifted children. The authors predicted the risks that must be taken into account by the managerial staff of educational institutions when implementing the development strategy for gifted children.
