DYNAMIC SYSTEM OF MULTI-DIMENSIONAL PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS AS A MODERN EDUCATIONAL TREND

Abstract

The article analyzes the challenges of the time in connection with the modernization of education, discusses issues of spiritual and moral development of an individual on the basis of multidimensional mechanisms of knowledge and experience transfer to younger generations, considering ways of solving educational tasks. The author defines the concept of “multidimensional development of the personality”, characterizes this concept based on modern native pedagogic views. The paper describes the main characteristics of procedural instrumentation system of multidimensional development of personality (values, targets, effective, substantial and procedural blocks). The essence of the research is that multidimensional approach meets the demand of practice for effective, tool-fitted learning technologies and is being developed as the basis of the actual reflection of the educational reality, which in itself is multidimensional, corresponding to our world and social experience.
