TEACHING STUDENTS OF PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY EDUCATION FACULTIES TO DEVELOP PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF A CHILD

Abstract

The article analyzes the problem which determinates the quality of vocational training of students of the pedagogical university, their preparation for activities aimed at personal achievements of a child, the implementation of the requirements of the Federal state educational standards of preschool and primary general education, the “Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation in the Period till 2020”. The article reveals the content of the concept of “personal achievements of a child” in the context of the planned results of the educational process; shows the need for the teacher to participate in ensuring the personal achievements of preschool children and junior schoolchildren; presents the results of pedagogical research proving the appropriateness of students’ focus on their own professional, social and personal success as well as motivation of their personal self-development in the process of professional-pedagogical training.
