PEDAGOGICAL OPPORTUNITIES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN SOCIALIZATION OF STUDENTS
Abstract
The article analyzes personal developing, social creating, economic and culture-creating orientation of higher education. Pedagogical opportunities of an educational institution of higher education to optimize quality of socialization of students are revealed and proved: step-by-step enhancement of professional training and social formation of students within unity and a complementarity of education; expansion of spheres of multidimensional content of various forms of co-active and mutually creative contacts of subjects of education; practical orientation оf the education content caused by natural development of economy, features of the regional labor market, requirements of employers; spiritual and moral dominant of education content.
