THE MAIN CAUSES AND STAGES OF DISAPPEARANCE OF VILLAGES IN TARA IRTYSH LAND IN THE SOVIET PERIOD
Abstract
The article examines the causes and stages of the disappearance of the villages in Tara Irtysh Land during the Soviet era. The stages of the disappearance of the villages and the factors that determined this process are outlined. The author focuses on the role of the state in the process of forming a map of the territory, shows the role of the collectivization, the consolidation of collective farms and the introduction of the practice of “unpromising villages” in the disappearance of rural settlements. The paper studies the life of the Siberian village in the Soviet period, gives the analysis of its economic activities and show the dependence on the regional and regional centers.
