PEDAGOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL ASPECT OF A HEALTHY AND SAFE LIFESTYLE OF A BACHELOR OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The formation of a healthy and safe lifestyle of a student is among the strategic priorities of state educational policy, however, to ensure its effectiveness, the inertia due to lack of comprehension of its features, the lack of interpretation of the concept of “healthy and safe lifestyle”. Based on the analysis of the results of interdisciplinary knowledge the concept of “healthy and safe lifestyle” is defined. Healthy and safe lifestyle is a form of human existence providing his viability in terms of minimal risk, danger and threat of physical, emotional and social development in the context of social, cultural norms and environmental conditions. The concept of education determines the meaning of a healthy and safe lifestyle of a student in the implementation of health-preserving, health-improving and health-building functions. The analysis of educational and professional standards of the revealed features allowed to define the conditions of implementing the process under study, which include: implementing the situations of health-oriented choice; the use of a range of health technologies; mainstreaming the integrative possibilities of the pedagogical University.
