ANALYZING THE MAIN DIFFICULTIES OF TEACHERS IN RURAL SCHOOLS IN IMPLEMENTING OF FSES OF GENERAL EDUCATION
Abstract
The article describes the results of diagnostics of professional readiness of teachers in a rural school to implement FSES of the general education. The author defined basic reasons of low innovative activity of teachers in rural schools (absence of professional competition; specifics of activities in rural schools; sharp need for scientific and methodical support, etc.); during the research the main professional difficulties of a rural teacher are revealed: misunderstanding of personal involvement in mastering of new standards, their entity and strategic activities of the educational organization (design of the main educational program, working programs; modern lesson, new system of estimation), ignorance of their theoretical bases (system and activity approach, the concept of the universal educational actions), insufficiently created professional abilities, etc.). The factors revealed by the author can influence the efficiency of implementing FSES of the general education in rural school therefore shall be considered by an administrative staff of the educational organization.
