STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL SOCIALIZATION OF A STUDENT IN SOCIOCULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
The article considers the problem of justification of structural and functional model of professional socialization of a student in the sociocultural environment of an educational institution which contributes to the achievement of high level of social and professional competence of future mid-ranking specialist. The paper presents the structural blocks (target, substantial, productive), defining substantial and semantic content of the developed model on the basis of combined scientific approaches (activity, social and pedagogical, acmeological), principles (axiologiness, identity and personal priorities, social cooperation, professional orientation, social and professional activity) and functions (standard and valuable, regulatory and coordinating, social and integrative).
