ORGANIZATION OF INTERNSHIPS IN FORMAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of formal education on the basis of the development of existing approaches and the formation of new ones to the organization of the educational process in the interests and with the participation of employers. The flexibility of educational programs contributes to strengthening the interaction of the pedagogical university with the labor market, increases the responsibility for the training outcome and initiatives of beneficial partnership. Internship is seen as an effective form of immersion in professional reality for students to acquire practical skills. The implementation of a practice-oriented model of cooperation at school based sites determines the trajectories of professional development of graduates, their successful labor adaptation, the basic qualities of the individual, which allow achieving high results in pedagogical activity.
