INDIVIDUAL TRAJECTORY OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Abstract
The purpose of this publication is theoretical justification of the individual trajectory of professional development of a preschool teacher in terms of professional formation and growth. The article carries out the scientific-theoretical analysis of the concept “individual trajectory” in the research works of domestic scientists. The Individual Trajectory of Professional Development of a Preschool Teacher (ITPDPT) is defined by the authors as purposefully projected and differentiated action program providing each teacher with the opportunity to exercise personal (individual) rate and with continuous professional advance, improvement and growth of pedagogical skills in unity with self-training and methodical maintenance. It is noted that the design of ITPDPT is of particular importance in the conditions of modern social development as it is focused on further development, the prospect of professional growth taking into account real achievements and possible difficulties. The methodology for ITPDPT is based on the ideas of acmeology. The purpose, the tasks, the design algorithm, the evaluation criteria of ITPDPT are defined both at the development stage and in the course of realization. The paper highlights the main advantages of ITPDPT affecting the achievement of better results in the general system of work of a preschool educational institution.
