INTERNAL SYSTEM OF ASSESSMENT OF SCHOOL EDUCATION QUALITY: DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES
Abstract
The article deals with the relevant problem of drafting the internal system of school education quality assessment in order to improve the quality and accessibility of education during the transition to Federal state educational standards. The article presents the difficulties of introducing this assessment system into school, associated with the lack of professional readiness of teachers to such innovation. New solutions to the problems emerging during the assessment system dreafting are proposed. They are specified directions of this system, objects of evaluation according to the new requirements, a range of functions of the evaluated subjects, possible variants of the used standardized diagnostics. The author clarifies the definition of the term “internal system of education quality assessment” from the standpoint of the requirements of educational standards; develops new principles of drafting the system at school: modernity, system approach, objectivity, efficiency, controllability.
