FORMATION OF LEGAL STRUCTURE AND PROCEEDINGS AMONG SMALL PEOPLES OF THE NORTHERN SIBERIA IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE 1920th — THE BEGINNING OF THE 1930th

Abstract

The article considers the problems of formation of judiciary institute in the territory of small peoples of the Northern Siberia in the second half of the 1920th — the beginning of the 1930th. Based on the archival materials and the published sources the authors describe the attempts to use tribal structures for gradual familiarizing of small peoples of the Northern Siberia with institutes of modern society. The paper also shows the difficulties of formation of judicial system in the remote northern Areas of Siberia.
