GUERRILLA MOVEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COLLABORATION IN THE WEST RUSSIAN VILLAGE (1941—1943)
Abstract
The article discusses the relations between guerrillas and representatives of civil collaboration institutes within the territory of the West Russian village on the basis of unpublished materials of Kaluga, Smolensk, Oryol, Tver and Bryansk regional archives. When comparing contacts of guerrillas and collaborators during various periods of occupation, the author notes the inconsistent nature of interaction of subjects exposed to continuous transformation during the period of 1941—1943. The paper analyzes the reasons and consequences of the above mentioned dynamics.
