DEVELOPING INNOVATIVENESS OF FUTURE PRESCHOOL TEACHERS
Abstract
The purpose of the publication is justification of developing innovativeness of students — future preschool teachers in the course of vocational training. The attention is focused on development of innovativeness as one of fundamental and demanded qualities in the formation of creative orientation of future preschool teachers which in modern conditions gains a more and more variable character. The role of the teacher in the development of students’ innovativeness is emphasized. The principles which change the ways of gaining substantial vocational skills are defined which marks the innovative approach. The value of innovative training at various stages of educational activity is noted. On the example of the subject “Theory and methodology of preschool education” some methods and approaches are shown, they have an impact on the development of innovativeness of future preschool teachers. The conclusion is drawn that development of future preschool teachers’ innovativeness corresponds to the relevant directions of vocational training in the matter of shaping a competent personality with such characteristics as hyperactivity, independence and responsibility for self-training and self-edication.
