METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF A TEACHER OF A SAFE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IN A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The purpose of the publication is to substantiate the methodological support that provides the solution to the problem of forming a teacher of a safe type of behavior in the conditions of a preschool educational organization. The paper analyzes scientific and theoretical provisions revealing the key concepts of the study and allowing to determine the basis of the methodological training of a teacher of a safe type of behavior in a preschool educational organization. A structure of qualities that are important for a preschool teacher in achieving professional success in the field of safety and safe behavior is proposed. The purpose, objectives, content of the methodological work on the formation of a teacher of safe behavior in a preschool educational organization are determined. Four modules are offered (“Person and Safety”, “Teacher and Safety”, “Child and Safety”, “Safe Environment”) and the technology for their development at the theoretical, methodological, practice-oriented, analytical and prognostic stages. For each stage, forms of methodological support and planned results are highlighted. The conclusion is drawn: the focus of methodological work on the formation of a teacher of a safe type of behavior is an important factor in his personal and professional formation, development of the professional and cultural horizons, achievement of the necessary quality of professional activity and a high degree of professional success in the field of security.
