THE PROBLEM OF DEVELOPING SELF-CONTROL IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS AT THE LEVEL OF HIGHER EDUCATION: FACTORS THAT MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO CONTROL ONESELF (DIAGNOSTICS, PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR OVERCOMING)

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of developing self-control as an educational action for students at the level of higher education by identifying and overcoming factors that hinder self-control. The relevance of the work is due to the appeal to a significant problem, which does not have an unequivocal solution, is justified by the results of the experiment. The basic content of the concept is given, the types of self-control are indicated, the main factors that make it difficult are described, possible levels, criteria and indicators, methods for measuring the levels of self-control formation are proposed, pedagogical conditions for diagnostics and improvement of self-control in educational activities are formulated. It was concluded that it is advisable to update the need for self-control, to create knowledge about the factors that make self-control difficult, about methods of self-control, to include special tasks in the training system, which will improve the skills of current and predictive self-control on the basis of taking into account and overcoming the factors that make self-control difficult.
