INSTRUMENTAL IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTINUITY OF LEVELS OF COMPULSORY AND HIGHER EDUCATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract

The article proves the urgency of omni-purposes educational models, technologies, method and techniques in the process of foreign language teaching within the context of the Russian Federation educational system modernization. The aim of the article is to regiment educational models used abroad and in Russia through their identification, analysis of the existing practice and possibilities of the implementation in Russian system of foreign language teaching on the levels of compulsory and higher education.
The omni-purpose educational models, technologies, methods typical of the educational process in Europe and partially implemented in the education in the Russian Federation are analyzed and described. Great potential in realization of succession and continuity of education in Russian Federation in the context of foreign language teaching by means of omni-purpose didactic instruments dealing with the principles of interactivity and modernization of education is stated and proved. Basing on the theoretical research author’s procedure of the analyses of the didactic instruments is presented, approbation (with positive results) of the analyzed phenomena is carried out.
