ORGANIZATION OF CONTACT INDEPENDENT WORK IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS

Abstract

Based on the theoretical and experimental study of the problem under study, the authors formulate the definition of contact independent work with students (support, systematic and consistently organized consulting support in the process of educational activity), characterize its principles, features and significance in the system of professional training of bachelors — future teachers of preschool education. Three levels of self-formation of teachers in the process of professional training are suggested (low (reproductive), medium (reconstructive), high (creative, initiative), their description is given. The analysis of the level of formation of independence in full-time and extramural students, as well as the comparative analysis of its level of formation in the second year students are presented. The article suggests the authors’ forms and methods of contact independent work for classroom, extracurricular and initiative training sessions, which were tested with the second year students of all forms of study. The main result of the study is an increase in the level of development of autonomy among students, which proves the appropriateness and effectiveness of the developed forms and methods of contact independent work. It is concluded that the improvement of forms and methods of contact independent work is a promising direction of training a professionally competent and competitive teacher, providing a continuous process of individual educational advancement, increasing responsibility for independent knowledge, gaining experience in self-educational activities.
