PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF A TEACHER IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING STUDENTS FOR STATE FINAL CERTIFICATION
Abstract
The article developed a new theoretical model — the ethical system of a professional teacher, integrating the ethics of virtue, the ethics of care and the ethics of justice, compiled on the basis of a number of works of domestic and foreign teachers. Complementary empirical research is presented: in-depth interviews with a total duration of about 100 minutes were verbatim transcribed and analyzed using the projection method, and a questionnaire among teachers on the self-assessment of the level of professional ethics was made. The survey in Google-forms was carried out in 2020, the sample consisted of 132 teachers. In the context of the teacher’s professional standard, an additional work function has been developed for the ethics of professional activity, which should contribute to the formation of a spiritual, moral and socially responsible personality of a modern teacher with high motivation for activities.
