APPLICATION OF MIND MAPPING TECHNOLOGY IN CHEMISTRY TEACHING
Abstract
The article discusses issues related to the use of mind maps in teaching chemistry to first-year students and students of the profile class of the educational cluster “school — university — enterprise”. The theories and concepts underlying the technology of making mind maps are presented, its positive and negative sides are revealed. Methodological instructions for organizing the educational process in chemistry using this technology are given: an algorithm for developing mind maps, the stages of their application, the forms of organizing the educational process using the compiled maps. It is shown that the use of technology forms general educational skills in students related to the perception, processing and exchange of information and increases the speed of their assimilation of the material.
