FEATURES OF EARLY CAREER GUIDANCE IN PRESCHOOL AGE
Abstract
The article discusses the problem of organizing educational work with children of senior preschool age on early career guidance, substantiates its relevance and importance. The authors note that early vocational guidance and familiarization of children with adult professions is considered in modern pedagogy one of the key conditions for positive socialization in preschool age. The emphasis is made on the need to form in children not only ideas about the diversity and specificity of the professions of adults, but the development of cognitive interest and a positive attitude towards professional activity. The main forms of vocational guidance work with children are characterized. The results of an experimental study carried out by the authors to study the level of formation of the ideas of older preschool children about professions are shown. It is proved that the effectiveness of vocational guidance work with older preschoolers is significantly influenced by the improvement of the developing subject-spatial environment, the implementation of purposeful work to involve children in the professional work of adults and cooperation with the family.
