MENTORING AS A TECHNIQUE TO PREPARE SCHOOL LEADERS FOR INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of mentoring support for the professional growth of a leader, identifies various forms and methods of this process, its content features and characteristics, opportunities and conditions for effectiveness. It gives a critical analysis of domestic and foreign models and practices in the field of training leaders of educational organizations for innovative activities. The experience and expert assessments of the results of applying various innovative methods of mentoring are described. The results of the author’s own research on the problems of mentoring in the preparation of leaders of Moscow schools for managing innovations in the field of digital transformation of education are presented.
