Personification diagnostics of educational environment of schools with different levels of educational results

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of personification of school education in the context of the ideas of individualization and personality-oriented education. A solution to the problem is proposed within the framework of the activities of the scientific Laboratory of Personification of Education at Omsk State Pedagogical University. At this stage of the study, the scientific task is to identify problem areas in the personification of educational environments of schools with different educational results and to determine areas of work to personalize the educational environment of schools as a condition for improving the quality of education. The paper presents an understanding of the process of personification of the educational environment of a school through the implementation of strategies of self-determination, eventfulness and support, which received justification at the theoretical stage of the study. A modified methodology for examining the educational environment of V. A. Yasvin was used as a diagnostic tool. The authors carried out a survey, a comparative analysis and an interpretation of the empirical results of diagnosing the personification of the educational environment of schools in the city of Omsk with different levels of educational results. An attempt has been made to identify problem areas in the educational environment of schools in order to determine areas of work to improve the level of quality of education.
