В последней трети XIX века в Пермской губернии находилось самое большое количество врачей польского происхождения. Среди них были как специалисты, сосланные после восстания 1863 г., так и самостоятельно прибывшие на службу в регион в условиях обострившегося дефицита квалифицированных медиков. Автором выявлено как минимум тридцать практиковавших здесь врачей. Они состояли на службе в органах государственной власти и местного самоуправления, на предприятиях разной формы собственности, занимались частной практикой и предпринимательской деятельностью. В рамках последней следует особо отметить их роль в развитии двух лечебно-оздоровительных заведений при местных минеральных источниках. Большинство врачей польского происхождения в целом успешно адаптировались в Пермской губернии. Их вклад в развитие медицинской сферы наиболее значителен для Екатеринбургского, Камышловского, Красноуфимского и Пермского уездов.

In the last third of the XIX century, there was the largest number of physicians of Polish origin in the Perm province. Among them, there were both specialists exiled after the uprising of 1863 and those who had come to work in the region on their own in conditions of the acute shortage of qualified physicians. The author has identified at least thirty practitioners. They were employed by the bodies of State and local government, at the enterprises of different patterns of ownership, and were engaged in private practice and entrepreneurship. Within the framework of the latter, one should emphasize their role in the development of two therapeutic and recreational institutions at the local mineral springs. Most of the physicians of Polish origin in whole successfully adapted to the Perm province. Their contribution to the medical sphere development is the most significant in Yekaterinburg, Kamyshlov, Krasnoufimsk and Perm districts.
