В статье публикуются материалы Екатеринбургской следственной комиссии по делу полковника Николая Гавриловича Осипова, служившего при советской власти начальником гарнизона г. Екатеринбурга и впоследствии арестованного белыми. Во вступительной части статьи описаны основные вехи биографии Н. Г. Осипова. Установлено, что полковник Н. Г. Осипов, хотя и не сочувствовал большевикам, тем не менее не был членом антибольшевистского подполья, готовившего восстание в городе для свержения советской власти летом 1918 г.

The article presents the materials of the Yekaterinburg Investigative Commission on the case of Colonel Nikolay Gavrilovich Osipov, who served under the Soviet government as the head of the Yekaterinburg garrison and then was arrested by the Whites after the capture of the city. The introductory part of the article describes the main milestones in his life. It is established that Colonel Nikolay Osipov, although he did not sympathize with the Bolsheviks, was not a member of the anti-Bolshevik underground that was preparing an uprising in the city to overthrow the Soviet power in the summer of 1918.
