<p>The article presents the results of the influence of edaphic factors on the activity of hydrolytic enzymes (invertase, protease, phosphatase) of the soil in the under-crown space of tree species. The object of the study was the soils under the crown of trees (Acer negundo L., Betula pendula Roth, Prunus padus L.), growing in the conditions of disturbed phytocenoses in Kemerovo. Seasonal dynamics of the content of soil enzymes with a summer maximum in the studied samples was revealed. The content of soil enzymes under the crown of all the studied tree species is 6—9% higher than outside the crown. Invertase activity prevailed over other hydrolases in the soil in the samples. The maximum differences from the control in invertase and protease activity were found in the site with P. padus (on average by 11 and 9%, respectively), and in phosphatase activity — in the site with A. negundo (by 11%). The obtained data can be used in monitoring studies to assess the state of soil microbiota.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bird cherry</kwd><kwd>hydrolytic enzymes</kwd><kwd>Phytomass</kwd><kwd>soil</kwd><kwd>humidity</kwd><kwd>maple ash</kwd><kwd>white birch</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>клен ясенелистный</kwd><kwd>береза повислая</kwd><kwd>черемуха обыкновенная</kwd><kwd>гидролитические ферменты</kwd><kwd>Фитомасса</kwd><kwd>почва</kwd><kwd>влажность</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания ФИЦ УУХ СО РАН по теме «Разработка научных основ оценки состояния и восстановления флористического разнообразия in situ и ex situ в регионах с высокой степенью деградации экосистем в результате антропогенного и техногенного воздействий» (номер государственной регистрации 124041100075-7)</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was carried out within the framework of the state assignment of the Federal Research Center of Coal and Coal Chemistry of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the topic “Development of scientific foundations for assessing the state and restoration of floristic diversity in situ and ex situ in regions with a high degree of ecosystem degradation as a result of anthropogenic and technogenic impacts” (state registration number 124041100075-7)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">1.
