DESIGNING VOCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS TO IMPLEMENT THE TASKS OF ECONOMIC PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract

The purpose of the publication is to design methodological support, which provides for increasing the level of vocational and methodological training of teachers for the implementation of the tasks of economic preschool education. The methodology of the article is based on theoretical and experimental study of the considered problem, which allowed to determine components of vocational and methodological readiness of teachers in the field of economic preschool education (motivation-value, content, procedural, reflexive-assessment). The diagnostics of their formation level in teachers, as well as the formation level of economic ideas in children of older preschool age were carried out in preschool educational organizations of Nizhny Novgorod. The structure and content of work to increase the level of vocational and methodological readiness of teachers in the field of economic pre-school education is proposed. The importance of humanitarian technologies in its implementation is emphasized. The results of the test show that the developed content, forms of methodological support, recommended forms and levels of presentation of the report contribute to the achievement of the set goal. This has a pronounced impact on the process of formation of economic perceptions and experience of their application in practical activities in pre-school children. The conclusion was reached: the design of vocational and methodological training of teachers for the realization of the tasks of economic preschool education in accordance with the principles of system-activity and individual-differentiated approaches, management of professional development on the basis of the vitagenic experience of teachers and current trends in the development of economic preschool education is a promising direction of methodological support in the preschool educational organization.
