Abstract
The article outlines approaches to solving the problem of forming a value-based attitude to the Russian language in basic school in the context of bilingualism. The methodological role of the axiological approach in teaching language is considered, the basic provisions of axiological linguo-methodology are analyzed in order to identify ways of forming a value-based attitude to the Russian language in the context of compact residence of speakers of a non-Russian native language in the territories of Russian-speaking subjects of the Russian Federation. The emphasis is on the pragmatic nature of the attitude towards the Russian language in the context of Komi-Permyak-Russian bilingualism and intercultural interaction: the Russian language is considered a tool for socialization, a means of obtaining a quality education. The data from the ascertaining experiment conducted during the study show that teachers who consider the Komi-Permyak language to be their native language, in the process of teaching Russian only in isolated cases analyze its lexical wealth, and practically do not refer to the figurative and expressive capabilities of language units. In the minds of students, no connections are established between the Russian language, its history, the culture and moral values of the Russian people reflected in the language. It is noted that the formation of a truly value-based attitude towards the Russian language is possible in the context of a comparative analysis of languages and cultures, the use of contrastive approach techniques in the study of units of the Russian language. Interactive methods are called an effective way of forming a value-based attitude to the Russian language in the context of bilingualism and intercultural communication, among which virtual excursions, project tasks, linguistic laboratories, and multimedia interactive exercises are highlighted. The development of a system of classroom and extracurricular activities for the introduction of an axiological approach to the study of native and Russian languages in interaction is designated as a research prospect.
