MULTIPOSITIONALITY OF A TEACHER AS REQUIRED BY MODERN LABOUR REALITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of expanding the functions and kinds of the teacher’s professional activity in the context of a new labour reality. The interconnection problem between the multipositionality and the professional mobility of a modern teacher is considered. Close attention is paid to the description of the role repertoire of a teacher, determined by the socio-cultural situation and “the image of the modern childhood”. The idea of the standardization and intensification impact on the formation of the teacher’s professional position is stated. The empirical data allow to analyze the teachers’ attitude to the multipositionality in the context of professional standard requirements.
