PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOPING READINESS IN RUSSIAN YOUTH FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY
Abstract
The article justifies the relevance of studying various aspects of readiness of the youth living in the small cities and rural areas for the professional innovative activity. The author defines the concept of “readiness for innovative activity” which is understood as the integrative quality of the personality allowing to realize, optimize the style of the subject’s activity in creating and realizing innovations for the purpose of achieving positive results, the activity being the measure of success, in the interaction with social and economic conditions of the region during a certain period of its development. The paper substantiates the model of the personality focused on implementing innovative activity in the conditions of the region. The author offers her version of the contents and technology of pedagogical assistance in developing the readiness for innovative activity in students of higher education institution.
