PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO PROFESSIONAL SOCIALIZATION OF FUTURE MID-RANKING SPECIALISTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of professional socialization of future mid-ranking specialists as a significant social result of educational activities of secondary professional education system. The problematic nature of professional socialization caused by psychological, pedagogical and age characteristics of specialists is also under analysis. The authors justify the renewal of meanings, targets, characteristics, conditions of the established practice of professional socialization of future mid-ranking specialists, mentality of the subjects of education stimulating the development of the organizational, substantial and personal directions of pedagogical assistance to the professional socialization of future mid-ranking specialists in the educational institution.
