PROGRAM FOR THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL INDEPENDENCE OF STUDENTS AS A SYSTEM OF CONDITIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE CONTINUITY OF THE PRIMARY AND BASIC LEVELS OF GENERAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The analyzed problem of continuity of primary and secondary levels of general education is crucial for ensuring the continuous development of the student’s educational independence in the framework of implementing the “Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation in the Period to 2020”. The authors disclose the content of “continuity” and “school independence of students”, paying attention to the continuous development of the student’s schooling independence by creating a holistic educational environment characterized by the continuity of educational processes at related levels of education. The “program of continuity” proposed by the authors at the stage of transition from primary to secondary levels of general education in the context of the planned result, which is the continuous development of the school independence of students, is intended to provide targeted management of the activity of the school collective in achieving the programmed result.
