ORGANIZING METHODICAL WORK IN THE SYSTEM OF IMPROVING THE ECOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the content and structure of the concept of “eco-pedagogical competence” of the teacher of preschool education, determines the ways and means of its improvement in the process of professional activity. It is emphasized that the formation of ecological and pedagogical competence of the teacher is a long process, conditioned by a number of factors, among which a special role belongs to the methodical work of the kindergarten as the basic form of increasing pedagogical literacy and mastery. Based on the analysis of theoretical studies, the authors developed and tested their own model for improving the environmental and pedagogical competence of teachers within the framework of the methodical work of the kindergarten, and experimentally proved its productivity. The experience presented in the article can be used in the system of methodical work of preschool organizations.
