ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR SUPPORTING THE PROCESS OF ADAPTATION OF FUTURE ENGINEERS TO EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The article discusses the problems of adaptation of students at universities during the training of specialists in the field of electronic systems and substantiates the necessity to develop organizational and pedagogical conditions for supporting the adaptation process of future engineers, taking into account all educational and professional activities. The proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions allow: to enrich the content of educational and professional activities with material that develops the use of digital technologies in the training system of future engineers; to introduce them to practical activities, including professional safety; to actualize the needs of future engineers in mastering the techniques of self-organization, self-development and self-realization related to understanding the meaning, values and priorities of the educational and professional activities. The article presents the results of the implementation of organizational and educational conditions in the course of experimental work within the framework of the educational process of the Siberian Federal University.
