PEDAGOGIC SKILL OF THE GRADUATES OF THE MILITARY INSTITUTES OF THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS AS A RESULT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: FUNCTIONAL AND ROLE ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Abstract
The article substantiates the topicality of studying the problem of pedagogic skill forming of the cadets of the military institutes of the Russian national guard troops; the review of research papers devoted to the problem is carried out; the concepts of “pedagogic culture”, “pedagogic skill” and “pedagogic technique” are compared; and the methodological positions are substantiated. In order to remove contradictions in views, it is proposed to consider this phenomenon on a multi-level methodological platform, which represents a set of approaches: an approach to the study of human development from the individual to the subject of activity, personality and individuality (B. G. Ananyev); an approach to explaining pedagogical activity from a cultural point of view (A. V. Barabanshchikov); and a functional approach to the analysis of pedagogical activity (V. A. Yakunin). As well as the features of the officer’s pedagogic skill and its assessment criteria are revealed on the methodological analysis base of the pedagogic activity. The article shows the difficulties faced by young officers in the process of solving pedagogic tasks. General directions of the educational process improvement contributing to the effectiveness increasing of the cadets’ pedagogic skill formation are shown.
