PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A TEACHER OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION: REALIZING INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES

Abstract

The article addresses the problem of professional development of a modern preschool teacher. The authors indicate that in their professional development, each teacher goes through the stages of formation, use and improvement of professional experience. The management tasks are indicated at each stage. The authors substantiate the organization of the space contributing to the development of essential characteristics of systematic, progressive and qualitative change of a teacher’s personality at various stages of professional development. The design of such a space includes a set of interconnected and mutually agreed components (information-content, technological, scientific-methodological, reflexive and sociocultural) that make up the integrity of the process of professional development of teachers as continuous in the unity of the scientific and professional environment. Criteria and indicators of their formation are defined. The results of the study of the level of preschool teachers’ professional development are given. The role of personal-oriented education technologies in the process of professional development of teachers is emphasized. Special attention is paid to remote methodological support, design, scientific and methodological guidance.
