ACMEOLOGICAL CONCEPT OF SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE EMPLOYMENT OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES: FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE

Abstract

The article defines the main structural elements of the acmeological concept of socio-pedagogical assistance to the employment of university graduates. It presents a systematization of ideas and views on the organization of procedural and effective characteristics of the author’s concept, reflecting the conceptual and categorical field, leading ideas, patterns and principles, a prognostic model, organizational conditions, and estimated characteristics of the effectiveness of the study. The authors carried out the analysis of a large-scale online survey of students of Russian universities to identify problematic areas of future employment, prospects and realities of employment of university graduates. The course of experimental work on minimizing the identified risk-generating areas of future primary employment of students of educational institutions of higher education is described through the implementation of various career guidance and motivational methods and forms of acmeological orientation from the perspective of the projection of the theoretical provisions of the author’s concept onto the practical area of implementation in the higher education system. The dynamics of the formation of a culture of student employment is presented as a result of the productivity of the introduction of the main structural elements of the acmeological concept of socio-pedagogical assistance to the employment of university graduates.
