On punctuation-syntactic system of exercises for learning inserted constructions at basic and advanced levels

Abstract
This article represents the practical study of inserted constructions on the material of special and aspect exercises from the section “Simple compound sentence”, “Sentences with inserted constructions” in students text books for grade 8 issued for educational institutions. Based on methodological works and university textbooks on the methodology of the Russian language, it was concluded that the textbooks under consideration, contain different groups and types of exercises on punctuation. The example of typical exercises shows their role in the formation of communication skills. The novelty of the research is related to the development of an additional system of exercises associated with link inserts.
