Abstract
The reviewed textbook on legal rhetoric is the basic part of the educational complex, which additionally includes a collection of exercises and detailed methodological recommendations for the teacher. “Legal Rhetoric” develops the concept presented in the author’s previous textbooks and is recognized by the public. The book consists of three sections. The first presents the general procedure for creating a speech, and in addition to traditional paragraphs, there is a description of the theory of dispute and the features of manipulation in business communication. The second section is devoted to the specifics of the content and genre composition of business communication. The third section is on legal rhetoric itself. In addition to the description of judicial speech (not only in criminal but also in civil proceedings), it includes a rhetorical description of legal advice, preventive conversation, interrogation, etc. The textbook contains a lot of illustrative material and will be useful to a wide range of readers.
