This issue of the online magazine “Vestnik of the Orenburg state pedagogical university. Electronic Scientific Journal” is the first of many to publish a series of articles in the column “Philological sciences”, devoted to the 90-th anniversary of the birth of Boris Aleksandrovich Moiseev, a famous local history expert of the Orenburg region, dialectologist and toponymy expert. Their authors are different scientists from scientific-research institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, from Russian and Ukrainian high-educational institutions, who share his scientific views.
